About Founder
Hello, my name is Keyoma, the founder of London Food & Wellness Hub. Get to know a bit about me and how the London Food & Wellness Hub started!
Our Story
It started with a conversation I will never forget. In 2020, a coworker, a single mom like me, whispered, "I watered down my baby's formula to make it last." That moment shattered me. How is it that in a city as prosperous as London, Ontario, families are forced to choose between rent and groceries?
The pandemic exposed cracks in our systems and revealed our power to heal them. In 2024, I founded the London Food & Wellness Hub for every parent whose hid their hunger for their children, every student whose studied on an empty stomach, and every senior whose skipped meals to afford medicine.
Today, we are more than a food program. We are a beacon of dignity, a classroom for resilience, and a circle of hope where no one walks alone.
Holistic Wellness: Food, Belonging & Healing Together
Nourishing our bodies and minds builds stronger families, students, and communities in London, Ontario.

At the London Food & Wellness Hub, we believe true wellness starts with connection to nutritious food, to mental health support, and to each other. For marginalized families, single parents, and racially stigmatized groups, systemic barriers often make these connections feel out of reach. But when we address wellness holistically through food security, culturally affirming workshops, and community care, we see students focus better in school, parents stress less, and neighbours find belonging.
This is the heart of our work: a vision where everyone in London can thrive, not just survive.
