About Founder
Hello, my name is Keyoma, the founder of London Food & Wellness Hub. Get to know a bit about me and how the London Food & Wellness Hub started!
Our Story
Bridging the Gap Between Crisis and Stability
My journey in community service began with a simple belief: no one can truly thrive without a foundation of health and a reliable network of support. With over 15 years dedicated to regional mental health initiatives and community advocacy, I founded the London Food & Wellness Hub to serve as a digital front door to essential resources meeting Londoners exactly where they are.
Expertise Built on Trust & Strategic Leadership
In a virtual space, credibility is established through proven leadership and evidence-based care. My commitment to this community is backed by advanced postgraduate education in Addictions and Mental Health (ADMH) and Strategic Healthcare Leadership. These credentials ensure that every resource, partnership, and piece of guidance shared by the Hub is vetted through a lens of clinical integrity and deep empathy.
Our Commitment to Safety
To maintain the highest standards of integrity, I am personally implementing a formal screening process for every volunteer and partner involved in the Hub. This isn't just a website; it is the culmination of fifteen years of professional dedication. Together, we are building a healthier, more equitable London one intentional connection at a time.
Holistic Wellness: Food, Belonging & Healing Together
Nourishing our bodies and minds builds stronger families, students, and communities in London, Ontario.

At the London Food & Wellness Hub, we believe true wellness starts with connection to nutritious food, to mental health support, and to each other. For marginalized families, single parents, and racially stigmatized groups, systemic barriers often make these connections feel out of reach. But when we address wellness holistically through food security, culturally affirming workshops, and community care, we see students focus better in school, parents stress less, and neighbours find belonging.
This is the heart of our work: a vision where everyone in London can thrive, not just survive.
