🟢 Free Food Access Program (Open to all)
Our free monthly food program is open to all London residents who need support. No proof of income is required.
Nutrient-dense food boxes access and picked up, monthly by families, single parents, and students. No one should have to choose between rent and a healthy meal.
Impact Highlight: Last year, this program provided 1,215+ meals to households facing food insecurity.

Hands-on, budget-friendly classes led by community chefs. Learn to cook healthy meals for your family.
Impact Highlight: 93% of participants report eating more vegetables and wasting less food after just 4 classes.

🟢 Free Holistic Mental Wellness Circles
Safe, judgment-free spaces for youth and marginalized communities to heal through mindfulness, art, and peer support because wellness begins within.
Impact Highlight: Over 260 attendees in 2025 found coping tools and community through this program.
