Last Saturday, July 25th, the lush green space at Gibbons Park transformed into something truly special. Under the open sky, community members gathered for our Just Breathe evening a dedicated time to pause, connect, and ground ourselves.
With 18 people registered and 13 wonderful community members joining us in person, the evening unfolded into a deeply meaningful experience:
🚶♀️ A Walk & Talk Through Gibbons Park: We kicked things off with a 30-minute walk through the park, pairing participants up with someone they didn't know yet. It was an amazing way to break the ice and build instant connection!
🥗 Healthy Eats & Refreshments: We shared fresh, wholesome food together on the grass to nourish our bodies.
⭕ Our Heartfelt Wellness Circle: We sat together in a circle for a vulnerable and grounded sharing session, creating a safe space for everyone to express themselves freely.

Living Our Motto: Nourishing Lives and Empowering Wellness
At London Food and Wellness Hub, everything we do is rooted in our core motto: Nourishing lives and empowering wellness.
True wellness goes far beyond physical health it lives in human connection, shared trust, and having a safe space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every single participant who felt comfortable enough to open up, share, and hold space for one another in such a vulnerable moment during our wellness circle. That courage is what true community is made of.
Looking Ahead: Bi-Monthly Gatherings!
We were so moved by the heartwarming feedback from everyone who attended. A number of our participants asked when the next gathering would be, and we heard you loud and clear!
We are excited to share that we are planning to host Just Breathe as a bi-monthly gathering (once every two months)! Keep an eye out on our website and social channels for upcoming dates so you can join us for the next one.
Were You There? We’d Love Your Story!
If you joined us at Gibbons Park last Saturday, thank you for making the evening so sacred and bright. Your story matters to us, and your feedback helps us secure support to keep these events free and accessible.
